WineMonkey.ca, in partnership with the Cork & Fin Restaurant in Gastown, are proud to offer a limited seating, food and wine pairing experience. We will be presenting a series of wine pairing lunches each month commencing with Saturday, February 11th and will continue on the 2nd Saturday of each month. Each course will have the main component prepared three different ways. We then serve with a variety of different styles of wine breaking down the concepts of a fantastic pairing.  You will walk away with ideas and the concepts that will help you make the choices that turn your next food and wine pairing opportunity from uninspired to unforgettable!
